Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Shipping Times
Our estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There is no minimum order value required.
Optional Shipping Protection
At checkout, customers may choose to add Shipping Protection for an additional fee.
Shipping Protection covers your order in the event that the package is lost by the shipping carrier during transit. If a shipment covered by Shipping Protection is confirmed as lost by the carrier, you will be eligible for reimbursement of the covered order amount.
Orders placed without Shipping Protection are not covered by this additional protection.
Personalized Items
Orders containing personalized football shirts (such as shirts with a custom name and/or number) may require additional processing time. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started unless they are defective or we have made an error.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at clubeleven11fc@gmail.com.
We will assist you in checking the status of your shipment and, where necessary, work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
For orders purchased with Shipping Protection, if the carrier confirms that the shipment has been lost during transit, the covered order amount will be reimbursed in accordance with the Shipping Protection terms.
