How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.
How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order using the Track Order option in our website header. Simply enter your tracking details to view the latest status of your shipment.
Are the shirts true to size?
Our shirts have a slim fit, so we recommend choosing one size up from your usual size for the best fit. You can also check our Size Guide for detailed measurements before ordering.
Can I return a personalized shirt?
Personalized shirts cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your personalization.
Can I return, exchange, change or cancel my order?
Yes, eligible items can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or personalization has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What happens if my package gets lost?
You can add Shipping Protection at checkout for extra peace of mind. If your protected package is confirmed as lost during transit, you’ll receive a full refund for the covered order amount.
Can't find the shirt you're looking for?
No problem! Use our Request a Shirt service to request a football shirt that isn’t currently available on our website. Submit your request and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. Any additional charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers. Club Eleven FC does not directly store your full payment card details.
